Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST. Prices may change without notice. Your order is confirmed at the price shown at time of purchase.
Full payment is required at time of order via our secure Stripe payment gateway.
Every scooter is fully assembled and tested in Cairns before dispatch. Estimated delivery is 5-10 business days from purchase. CoastRide Cairns is not liable for delays outside our control.
All CoastRide scooters are covered by a 12-month manufacturer warranty provided by Mankeel. In the event of a warranty claim, we will provide you with your original purchase invoice so you can lodge the claim directly with Mankeel. Please contact us via our contact form with photos and a description of the issue and we will assist you through the process.
It is the buyer’s responsibility to comply with all applicable Queensland and Australian laws regarding electric scooter use. Visit the Queensland Department of Transport website for current regulations.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CoastRide Cairns limits liability to the original purchase price of the product.
