Refund and Returns Policy

This policy is provided in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

1. Your ACL Rights

Under the Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a refund or replacement for a major failure, and to have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality.

2. Major Failures

If your product has a major failure, you may choose a refund, replacement, or compensation.

3. Faulty or Damaged on Arrival

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery via our contact form with your order number and photos. We will arrange a repair, replacement, or refund promptly.

4. Change of Mind

We are not obliged by law to provide a refund for change of mind once the scooter has been assembled and dispatched. Please choose carefully before ordering.

Warranty Claims

All CoastRide scooters are covered by a 12-month manufacturer warranty provided by Mankeel. In the event of a warranty claim, we will provide you with your original purchase invoice so you can lodge the claim directly with Mankeel. Please contact us via our contact form with photos and a description of the issue and we will assist you through the process.

6. Refund Process

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method within 5-10 business days via Stripe.
