Every CoastRide scooter is fully assembled and tested by our team in Cairns before dispatch. No assembly is required on delivery — simply unfold and ride.
Orders are dispatched within 1-2 business days of payment confirmation. Standard delivery takes 5-10 business days from dispatch. You will be notified when your order ships.
We deliver within the Cairns region, Queensland. For delivery outside this area, contact us via our contact form before ordering.
Free local pickup is available in Cairns by appointment. We will contact you when your scooter is ready.
Delivery is free within the standard Cairns delivery area. Additional charges may apply outside this area.
CoastRide Cairns is not liable for delivery delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control.
